I am not having a good day, so if you don�t want to hear me bitch about it. Then you should probably tune out now. It is 1pm here at the moment, so in Spanish terms, not quite lunch time. I had to go to the faculty of filologia (for those of you who don�t know what filologia is, it is kind of like language and cultural studies) and get las fichas. Now I�m guessing that these las fichas are actually what enrols us in our subjects. Anyhow, the office was so unhelpful. They couldn�t answer any of my questions and I was trying really hard to speak the bloody language. Anyhow, after that somewhat sobering experience I have decided to that I�m just going to attend the classes I�m interested in and then fill out the silly little cards later when I�ve decided whether or not I can cope.
In other not so great news I fear I may have bronchitius (sp?). Not a pleasent thought. And on top of that the ass at the internet cafe here doesn�t understand much about computers at all. Trying to explain to him that my camera acts as a flash drive and that Geocities is a host server doesn�t seem to occur to him. The guy who was here yesterday was much more helpful (and spoke better English). So I suppose the long and the short of it is that you are going to have to wait another day to see the pictures I currently have on my camera. *GRRR* I�ll remember that the only way to do things here is to come back at night and hopefully the guy who knows what he is doing will be on the desk again.
Anyhow, I�m headed back to my apartment for some more sleep and to cool my heels and then I have to do some shopping so I actually have something to eat for dinner.
