I have no idea what Jugger Grimrod's backstory is, jugger from www.freedomreborn.net does.
He probably told me, but I can't remember what I had for breakfast let alone Jugger's history....

Instructions:
To use this skin in the game, you must have this custom mesh. Unzip into the "custom_characters\" folder.
You will then be able to select Jugger_Taskmaster in the character creation screen by choosing the custom 
mesh "Jugger_Taskmaster" and it has his skin by default..

Your file structure should look like this:
Freedom Force\Data\Art\custom_characters\Jugger_Taskmaster\
