This song has to be one of my all times favourite songs ... I love pop songs with a nice piano melody, and this song is a master piece in that respect ... Add to this some really romantic and sincere lyrics, very simple (as Elton admits himself in the chorus ;o) but this songs conveys a feeling, at least it does to me, and to those of you who don't know it, I strongly recommand to listen to it : you won't regret it . :o)
SORRY SEEMS TO BE THE HARDEST WORD
I love this song. It's very sad, but it is so true, I have felt what Elton John sings about in this song. This song made me cry. It just shows you the incredible ability to express feelings and emotions that Elton has, and that very other few artists manage to render through a song . Respect to you Elton.

Again one of my all-times favourites :o) Very beautiful melody, very romantic lyrics , very nice voice .... Perfect to me !
To be honest I got to know the song watching a Brazilian TV program in which Boyzone were interviewed , and Stephen was asked which song he had sung at the BZ auditions, and it was this song, he sang a few lines a cappella and the melody lingered in my mind for days, until I finally got to hear the original version and fell in love with it : thank you Steo ! To those of you who have my mobile number, you might have recognized it in the background of my answering message ; first thing you hear " hello? is it me you're looking for .... ?"

This is a master piece and I firmly intend to write a letter to the French minister for Education so that this song appears on the list of texts that French boys should know by heart ! So go on you men out there : read those lyrics and learn to treat a lady right ! Bryan you're the best !
