When choosing a career, I wanted to find something that I would enjoy. Creativity and drawing were always hobbies of mine. I chose to become a graphic designer, because of the chance to combine those two hobbies.
Throughout my experience as a graphic designer, I've had many opportunities to increase my knowledge of the progressing changes in technology. I'm eager to learn, and I take pride in the work that I do. I consider myself a perfectionist, but I understand the importance of meeting deadlines. I strive to be the best I can, in all things.
In today's society, it's important that organizations have a 'good' image. I've found that with graphic design, everyone can benefit. Marketing materials are the key to getting information to the public. I've worked with ministries, individuals just getting started, and a variety of different corporations. Graphics are needed in all aspects of advertising. I thoroughly enjoy being able to participate in helping others determine and establish the items needed to best promote their skills and capabilities.
Knowledge is a wonderful thing to have. But without the will and the skills to succeed, knowledge is of no good. I apply the knowledge that I have obtained, with the skills that I have, to assure my chances to succeed.
