| "I'm Here For You" Someone loves you When no one cares Someone wants you When no ones there Someone notices you when everyones blind someone shares your pain too when everyones behind When no ones kind enough someone will show you the way when no one strong enough someone makes your day When every one turns away from you someone will comfort you when every one tells you your nothing someone knows thats not true because that someone is me and that someone is you too By:Lisa Combs 2001 |
| "The Perfect Rose" A seed is growing as another wilts away I wish i could keep showing the love that will forever stay Why do roses wilt and fade away just so another can grow some day Why to only utter the same words in its place I will miss you so much with every acking tear I'll never forget your gentle touch or how you held me near I dont know how to tell you just how much i care I think if i did though you could never know the extent of my words or how i love you so dear There are so many roses in different colors and all but their will be very few roses like this one the one that stands from all I told God to take care of this precious rose for me and i would be there to stay I told him this was a special one and to make another bloom someday You've watched me grow up and i've watched you grow old the brown hair turn to gray as my adulthood unfolds I can tell your face is tired and weary i can tell its time to go I know your ready to make that journey I wish you didnt have to go I know you've earned your place up there without a bit of a dought but i want you to know you've done you part and a little more of that You will forever stay in our hearts from now till we all meet again you've gave me the best of memories to hold untill the end..
