| Hed tell me The stuff is off the back porch. Id go and look, and its still sitting there plain as day! Bold faced lie. Hed tell me on another day that he has my mail key, and then will tell me later that he never went and got it done. Another lie! Then the last straw was the floors. He cleans floors and carpet for a living and so he owns the equipment. He promised that hed have the floors done by the time I got home one night. I get home and hes been in the apartment to leave my lease, but the floors arent done. I get excuses about how he has a torn shoulder, and doesnt feel like dragging the equipment up the stairs and so on. I told him, that when you give me your word you will do something and you dont do it, its like giving me the finger. He insisted that the floors arent that big of a deal. And starts yelling and screaming about what hes done for me. What a deal Im getting. I think, here we go; this is the part when Jeb points out what a nice guy he is. And that of course Im getting this tremendous deal. Yeah, not. One bedrooms in this neighborhood are $600. The deal was not having to pay last month and deposit. One a monthly basis Im not getting a deal at all. He yelled how I was sleeping on his airbed; when in actuality I had my own airbed, but couldnt figure how to inflate it, as blowing in the side wasnt working, so he offered his airbed already blown up to me. But hes done me this big favor. Addicts arent normal people no matter if they hold jobs or not. Because of the agreements with hell they have made, they consistently do and say things that are false. They choose people who cant point fingers at them, and when those people burn them, they get upset and angry and feel betrayed.
Relating this to the chain of events theory that the enemy benefits from through the use of this particular drug. Jeb flat out lied to me. In his mind he didn't lie. He may have fully intended to take the junk mail off the back porch, and may have been speaking futuristically. Like saying 'Consider it done.' But this isn't what was said. I was told it had been done. What the intention was at that point was a moot point. When we lie the enemy rejoices. Expecially when one Christian person lies to another that's like a double score. Hence the saying 'The road to hell is paved with good intentions.' When you make a promise and break it, that is a form of lying. When Jeb says 'The apartment is clear.' When in fact it's still full of furniture, it's a LIE. And these kinds of lies are like breathing to Jeb. He doesn't bat an eyelash when saying them; and if you point it out he'll either ignore you or start talking about what he's done for you and what a good guy he is for doing it. As if doing a 'good' yet selfish deed will save him from the fire. It won't because the deed in itself is a lie. It's difficult to explain to someone who lives in a parralel universe what's wrong with the way they live. Junkies (and I call peoplel who smoke pot junkies) have every excuse in the world to justify the habit. Number one being 'I'm only hurting myself'. My favorite fall out of the lifestyle is the choosing of those below them so they don't feel guilt and getting used and abused by those they choose. They chose people who smoke too or do worse and then act shocked when they get burned. Laughable. Like 'I gave that crackhead my mom's wedding ring to hold and he sold it for crack! He screwed me over!' LOL. What did you expect exactly to happen? The saddest part is the relationships that fall by the wayside because of drugs, but if you say 'You chose drugs over people' they'd ademately disagree, and give some speech about having to be accepted for who they are or whomever doesn't like it can take a leap. Then don't complain about not having any friends! And what's up with potheads and their unhealthy attachments to their pets? Over and over I have seen potheads make excuses for social interaction based on their pets needs. "I can't leave my dog." I have two words for you 'doggie hotel.' And oh, get a life too. * |
