| WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Welcome to room A-3, Holbrook Junior High School. I am extremely excited for the new school year. I want you to know that I treasure your child, and I am truly looking forward to working with you and your child. Together we will work to ensure that we raise competent, caring, and responsible young adults. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Ms. Mary, Mr. Phil & Delmar are returning to work with us again. The role of the Para-professional is essential; sometimes they are not recognized as they should be. If you see them around, let them know how much they are appreciated, Without their one-on-one assistance, your child would not make the progress we see everyday. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| WHATS HAPPENING? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| We will continue to go to Winslow once a month for swimming and Community Based Instruction. The days have not yet been determined. I am thinking the last Wednesday of every month. More information will follow. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| DORA NOTEBOOKS DAILY ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS for ACHIEVEMENT |

| We will continue using the DORA notebooks. The students will bring them home on Monday, and return them on Tuesday. It is very Important that you go through the student hand book with your child. We will be going over it as a class also. Please make sure to sign the Internet Use Policy. Without it, your child can not access the web. I plan on utilizing technology frequently. |
