As a follow up to my previous post : It's crazy and it's true - they really have it both ways!

I did some testing and now I know for sure that if you post into your Geocities blog the posting will immediately appear in your Y!360 blog and the other way around.

What a present! Now, just promote both URLs and you can quickly double the amount of posts and the volume of content. There is a small drawback though. Posts are absolutely identical! Even if you edit your posts from one side your edits will appear on the other side as well, which leads me to believe that the two are just interfaces to one and the same database backend.

So as a matter of fact we have here a hice tool that mirrors your posts by default. A useful seo and viral marketing trick if you are not worried about duplicate content check. Deployed at a larger scale wil give you a quick boost.

In addition the two sites will not be absolutely identical. Your posts will be but not your two sites as Y360 has plenty of content blocks and geocities blog has none so far, so from the point of view of traditional web 1.0 search engine they are not the same.

Advise: post from Y360 and not from Geocities interface since it allows tagging while there are no tags support on Geocities.
