I can definitely tell I work at a Jewish day school. Every time I meet someone new, see a talk show, or view the credits at the end of a film, my mind automatically starts wondering if the people I see are Jewish.

Last week several Moms were in volunteering, shelving books and filing paperwork while I worked on my lesson plans. As we worked, we naturally talked. Somehow the topic of conversation drifted around to the Wiggles. We all agreed Anthony was the cutest. Then one of the Mom's wondered if he was Jewish. I thought he was Greek, but made a mental note to look it up later.

Well, we were both wrong. None of the Wiggles are Jewish, including Anthony. He did, however, work at a Jewish preschool prior to his entertainment career. That's where he learned several Hebrew songs.

Anthony is married to a nice woman of Greek descent, though, so I suppose I was half right. And as my husband and now daughter are of Greek descent, I'll happily claim him as a member of the Greek tribe.
