I'm very surprise the student who wrote this essay manage to finish form five (equivalent to grade 11, if I'm not mistaken).

First of all, the school shouldn't allow her to move to the higher level if she couldn't write at all. I'm not trying to blame her but the teacher during her primary & secondary school should make sure the student manage to pass certain criteria before she was allowed to move to the next level.

During my school days, if you fail any subjects, you are not allowed to move to the next level until you pass. If not, you'll stuck at that level only.

Anybody have any opinions why this could happen to Malaysian form five student? Maybe it doesn't happen in Malaysia only.... but what actually happen to our education system?
