A family of Canada Geese lives in the water district ponds at the back of our school. Last week I watched the proud parents and their three yellow ducklings climb out of the pond and walk through our garden area. Unfortunately we do not yet have any tasty treats growing for these lovely birds, so they continued on to the school field where they nibbled on grass.
