on the International Criminal Court
1) The Rules of procedure and amendments thereto, cf. article 51 of the Statute.
2) The recommended descriptions of the content of crimes and amendments thereto, cf. article 9 of the Statute.
3) Amendments to the Statute provided they are adopted in accordance with articles 121-123 of the Statute.
§ 2. The Minister for Justice shall decide upon a request from the International Criminal Court on the extradition of persons against whom the Court has initiated criminal proceedings.
Para. 2. The Minister for Justice shall decide moreover upon a request on extradition for execution of the Court’s judgement.
Para. 3. Chapters 3 and 4 of the law on the extradition of offenders shall apply mutatis mutandis.
