On the people power of 1986 I was 21, And My absolute wills matures or expires waive upon I reach the age of 40, The idea of Charter Change or Standard charter for Philippine islands was doomed. I was on death treats by some people who ambition and want to impersonify me. I managed to travel to Jeddah after two years managed to go home peacefully.

I was incouraged by President Ramos initiative to open up the idea of charter change. I feel responsible about it.

I know for a fact that this country deserves justice among global impowerment. I know the filipino people was unimformed or educated about the real system of global governance, I apologized for just comming out just now, But you must also understand that before I am going to speak of my behalf,I had to proved myself first though I was known all my life by this people in authorities of Europe.

Standard charter we all know for a fact should be inherited and not to be invented, Constitutional Assembly is for us to draft our rights as a citizen of this country beloved.

Charter change is an act of Peace an act of annoucing confirming our aspirations and loyalty as well as a thanksgiving for the gift of our freedom and equality once again at rebirth.

Charter change should not be treated as political scandal and should not be issued or treated as controvercial issues in media foul blasphemies. Charter change has nothing to do with the politicians on a band wagon running on political arena. Because A charter at birth in a country is an act of reconcilliation for the sake of everlasting unity by constitution. God bless Philippines. Kung alam lang ninyo gaano ko kayo ipinaglaban.
