Slept hard last night. REALLY wanted to switch today to a rest day, so I did.

I got up and did the mile in the morning and even THAT was tough....but I did it and I felt good about it afterwards.

So, I decided to give blood today instead of walk.

I enjoyed my Apple Juice, which I only get when I give blood...and my chocolate animal crackers, which I also only seem to have when I give blood. Then, I went home, and went to the LAST Experiencing God Bible Study...drove there. It was nice. It was a good class. Afterwards, I went home and crashed.

A pretty good day, all in all.
