Day 3...

One mile at work before the day starts...4 of us this morning. Dave had a sore heel, so we didn't go as fast as we normally do...not because I wasn't trying to get us moving, though!!

Crappy day at work! I had MAJOR fibro flare today...poor sleep adds to it and I was hurting this morning! I took a pain pill almost first thing. Then, this afternoon...migraine. I couldn't believe it and was actually trying to DENY the halo...for almost 20 minutes I was telling myself "NOOOOOO!" and then I finally broke down and took the stupid Migraine medicine. Within 20 minutes I was "Speedin" pretty good. Rapid heart beat, fast thoughts that weren't making a lot of sense...a little ADHD, adrenaline flying through my blood stream...almost like one of the times I was taken to the ER for my asthma and they pumped me full of Epinephrine! Shakey...It was interesting. Made the afternoon go by quickly...matter of fact, I'm not real sure what happened the rest of the day! Yup...I was high on migraine medicine! LOL And it was OTC medicine to boot!! And I took the prescribed amount!!!

Subway for dinner. I just don't understand how "A little spicy mustard" means 4 (FOUR!!!) passes!!! I'd hate to see how much a regular amount is!! I was scraping it off for 2 minutes before I could eat my sandwich...Ugh, that's what I hate about Subway...they put WAAAAAY too much condiment sauce on their sandwiches! I mean, who really wants 1/2 a bottle of mustard or mayo on their sandwich? Is there ANYONE that wants that much on there?!? Why not just get a Mustard Sandwich then? Because that's about all you'd be able to taste!! Ugh.

So, after dinner, I walked down to the church for Bible study...It was a good walk and a good Bible study. I really like the people in this class. There are 5 of us regulars...and 3 that have shown up sporadically...There were 5 of us there tonight and we had a good discussion - More so about our church and where we thought it was going and what we could do to help it grow than about the study, though...LOL...funny how you get off track sometimes, isn't it? And yet...it wasn't so off track. The study is Experiencing God.

Walked home...It's a DARK night out tonight. No moon. The good thing is, no one yelled at me tonight! Highly unusual. Now...I must go take my shower. So, I got 1 mile in this morning and 3 miles in this evening. My schedule said 3 miles moderate...My "Moderate" was I wore a back pack that weighs about 20 pounds (several books in it). It was interesting that while I walked TO the church, there were a few kids out playing along the way...in various locations...and each time I passed a house with a kid out front playing, the kid would stop and watch me approach and say "HI!" and once I said HI back, they'd go back to playing whatever they were playing with.
