What a morning! Last night Evan said meet downstairs at 8 and leave for the station at 8:30. So...8:30 and I'm done eating - no boys. I go up and check on them (I hadn't knocked on their door this am) and they aren't even packed yet! Or dressed! OY VEY! 15 minutes, Evan says. So, I go have another cappuccino. 15 minutes turns into 30 and finally they show up. We pay and head out the door to the train station (217 Euro for the hotel). We JUST make the 9:22 train to the airport. Once we get there, it's extremely confusing where we're supposed to go! So, we just go to terminal C and hope for the best. Evan starts heading off in one direction and I'm like UH UH...I'm asking. Good thing! He was going in the WRONG direction. We finally get to the gate (after Evan got his bag searched and I got patted down) and they started boarding. UGH! I HATE flying! Oh, one thing, though, we were a little sad that we hadn't gotten to see the pyramid...well, God is SO good!! On the train, we went right by it!! We didn't get pictures or get to see it up close, but we saw it! I so wanted to say God is good, but the boys were hyping up how lucky we were, so I just smiled knowingly and said a prayer of thanks.

Now, they who wouldn't sleep because it would be light the whole way - are already passed out and they haven't even gotten the drink carts out yet! HA!

Oh, my passport (a virgin passport until now) was stamped on page 14 coming in to Italy and 17 leaving. And, I watched The Devil Wears Prada (VERY good), Click (Extremely Good!!) and Mission Impossible III (Pretty good) along with some TV on the way back. No nap. Lunch was rice with spinach and carrots, a roll, salad and orange slices. They also served a snack that was a roasted veg (mostly zuke and eggplant) sandwich on panini bread. We're just landing - I've got the Customs form filled out (same as the cruise) and I'm seriously considering calling E and having him pick me up at the airport. Since it will be at least 5 more hours before we get there...and I'm pretty tired already. I'll bring it up with Evan and Sasha once we land. I'll be calling E anyway. I can't wait to be home.
