Ah...What an EXCELENT date night we had tonight!

First, Hubby wanted to go to Central Cafe. They have the most excellent Tomato Blue soup. It's cream of tomato with blue cheese in it. Delish. He had a California Club - Seered Tuna...I had a veggie sub - Asparagus, portabella mushrooms, zucchini, tomato, lettuce, roasted red pepper...a cold sub. We both got julienne fries. Yummy yum yum!

THEN!! We finally went to a local High School football game and cheered the Hurricanes on to victory! WHAT FUN!! It was a little chilly, but we brought a blanket. We both laughed when we tried to figure out how long it's been since we've been to a HIGH SCHOOL football game. And then we laughed some more when we realized we were having MORE fun at this game then we did watching the PROFESSIONAL game last Sunday!! Sadly, our local professional team S U C K S this year. We decided that perhaps we should make the High School home games a regular, weather permitting, event for us. He didn't like the idea of me getting a cow bell to blend in, though. *pout*
