Dilapidated Multipurpose hall of Shingkhar Primary School

The multi-pupose hall was built sometime in 1978 and my late father was involved as the lajab to supervise the work. The hall is today in dilapidated condition and the community leaders of Shingkhar geog has approached Sustainable Development Secretariat in Thimphu for some financial assistance.

What can we do to help renovate this building, as former students of this school? Can you or someone initiate a donation drive from among the people who studied in this school? By now we are in hundreds who passed from this school and are earning. It's time that we give back to the community. A little contribution from each one of us can give a face lift to this building where we all sat,prayed and ate once opon a time.
