Killed By Picollo, Cell
How: Picollo:Picollo killed Goku whilst he was holding Raditz,He used the Special
Beam cannon to kill both Raditz and Goku.
Cell:Cell was near death at the hands of Gohan and chose to self destruct, Before
this occured Goku teleported him and Cell to King Kai's planet. When Cell self
destructed Goku was Killed.
