Draft Reinstated in Terran Empire!
Darkovans Included In Rolls
The Renunciate Guildhouse at Redil has been silent of late. The DI has learned, through an anonymous source, that the sisters were summoned to serve in the Terran Gulf War. Was this drafting of Darkovan citizens approved by Comyn Council? Lord Auster Elhalyn and other area nobility could not be reached for comment.
Hiding Laran - The Latest Terranan Game!
It used to be that Terranan were discovering they had laran and eagerly jumping over the wall and "going native". Now, they hide out in the Terranan Sector, petrified at being caught, documenting their knowledge in diaries and trusting young, stubborn teenagers.
It is an interesting change, but as all Comyn know, an untrained laran talent is a danger to the holder of said talent. Patrols of Comyn will soon be needed to police the Spaceport and "check" new arrivals for laran potential. Otherwise a new Ages of Chaos could evolve from the Spaceport itself - a most unlikely source!
New Laran Discovered!
Attention Comyn! There is a new laran capability that has just been discovered in, of all places, Comyn Castle! An ability to sense when someone in your vicinity is talking about shopping! Studies are now being done to see if it a gender-linked laran like Rockraven and also if there are any sub-categories such as: clothing, shoes, purses, big-screen matrixes, etc.
Waiting for the Door
While some folks have laran that can sense useful thoughts throughout an entire castle, obviously none of the Alton crew have the Ridenow laran or they'd realize that poor Cadet Alton (after knocking on the suite door) has been standing politely in the hallway for what seems like uncountable ten-days. Will someone please answer the door? Is the firi that good or is there another timewarp in place?
-Death Notice-
Mr. Pwyll
Mr. Pwyll, longtime companion of the editors, has entered the realm of Avarra. He lived to a ripe old age; on Terra, he would have been old enough to vote.
We at the DI offices will miss him terribly. The mice won't, however.
