Allow liver sausage to come to room temperature for easy spreading. Spread liver sausage thickly (1/4 to 1/2" deep) on one Alpo Snap and top with another. With a knife tip, smooth and square off along the sides to make a neat sandwich. Freeze on cookie sheet until hard. Package in freezer bags. Bring to room temperature before feeding to your pet.
