Apple Crunch Pupcakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix wet ingredients thoroughly. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Scraping sides and bottom to be sure no dry mixture is left. Pour into muffin pans. Bake for 1 1/4 hours or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out dry. Store in a sealed container.

Yield:12 to 14 pupcakes
