Pavlov's Pumpkin Bread

• 1 medium egg
• 1 2/3 c. whole wheat flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
• 1/2 c. honey
• 1 c. pumpkin (cooked)
• 1/2 c. water
• 1 4x8" bread pan sprayed with Pam

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. In separate medium-sized mixing bowl combine wet ingredients. Gradually add dry mixture to wet, mixing thoroughly. Pour into bread pan. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out dry. Cool on a rack. Store in sealed container.

Yield:1 loaf
