Great Danish Crunchies

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients except cinnamon. Add all wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Knead dough. Roll out dough into 1/2" thick square patty. Sprinkle cinnamon over entire surface. Roll dough into a tight log. Freeze for 30 minutes. Slice into 1/2" pieces. Bake on a baking sheet for 35 to 40 minutes.

Yield:12 to 18 pieces.
