Crowning Crumpets
- 2 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. honey
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. real bacon bits
- Paper baking cups
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into muffin pan. Bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes. Cool.
