Herb Goat-cheese Spread
- 8 oz. goat cheese, softened
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. driet thyme leaves, powdered or crushed
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, powdered
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow flavor to blend. Serve on crackers or toasted rounds. Keep leftovers tightly covered in fridge, or freeze until needed.
