Bagel Shmagel

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients, then add wet. Mix, then knead by hand. Form into ping-pong ball-sized balls. Flatten, then poke hole in the center. Form bagel shape. Bake for 50 minutes on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Cool on rack. Store in sealed container.

Yield:16 bagels
