For Jane

A website would not be complete without a tribute to a very special
 lady. She was the person who gave me the support to get through everything
without a complete breakdown! She was there for me when Kyra died, and
when she was born. She was there when she was buried and has been there
ever since. Kyra was named in her honor. She is the best friend anyone
could ever wish for, and I love her.

What You Mean TO Me

It has taken my lifetime,
And I thought I'd never see the day
When I'd finally have a friend
That just wouldn't go away

You don't know how much it means to me
To know you understand
You never try and second-guess me
You appreciate me for who I am

Neither one of us is perfect
But it is you who makes me feel
That tomorrow is a new day
And I have nothing to fear

So please accept this gift of gratitude
Because it is you who has made me see
That I can get through anything
As long as you are with me.

You held my hand and never let go
And as more years go by
People will simply come and go.

But I know you will sit there
Because the memories that we cherish so

And as we leave our past behind

Forever is the word, I guess
When it comes to what we are
And I believe that we are truly blessed

So when I think of this blessing

For it's worth will be more than anything

Through every situation
