   LIGHT Dalila's NIGHT

DALILA is 24 years..SEVERE APLASTIC ANEMIA (SAA) did strike her 3 months ago ..and removed the wonderful smile from this deep  life-lover face..This syndrome can strike anyone... Thousands of men, women and children are stricken with these non-contagious and often fatal blood disorders every year.

They occur when the bone marrow stops making enough healthy blood cells. In most cases (Dalila's case), the cause of the diseases is idiopathic (unknown.)

 Dalila is now in Necker Hospital in Paris. She must stay there at least 8 months.. She had a parental bone marrow transplant(BMT) on the 22/07/2000....We hope there will be no reject and she'll be cured..In the case of a parental BMT, the chances of survival are 70% to 90%. She fights hard .. her will and courage is unbelievable .. her pain and treatment unstandable..
