The Prophets began with one wise old gentleman named Master Oogway who arrived many, many moons ago.
He was a holy being sent down from the Kung Fu Panda heavens to answer all the burning questions from members of the "United Churches of Kyoto Animations" Discord server.
He began to recieve unquestioned respect and he expanded his influence by tasking several members with the training process to become an Oracle alongside himself (many of whom still remain to fill his position today).
Tragically he has now long since ascended into the spirit realm, however we, his surviving apprentices, do not hesitate for a moment for he has left us with a legacy to fufill.
Quit, don't quit? Noodles, don't noodles? You are too concerned about what was and what will be.
There is a saying: yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.

Initially Oogway decreed us to be known as "Oracles", however after the unfortunate departure of the many main Oracles such as Oogway we decided to rebrand into what you now know today. Our choice of title is to show our support for the Church of Kyoto Animations and the angels associated.
The Prophets have served countless roles since their introduction to the Discord (the sharing of wisdom, documenting history etc.) We, as a group, are not defined to one purpose; we fufill what we believe to be needed of us and work with the teachings of our former Master. Regardless of our current role on the server we strive to provide the best experience we possibly can.
Our Church focuses on the angels associated with anime produced by Kyoto Animations. We, as Prophets are representing this Church and all the good that comes with it. We preach complete equality, providing our members to associate with any angel out of our mighty pantheon. Not only that, but expression and creativity are highly valued and encouraged by the Church, allowing members to truly express themselves.
