| Well this is still fairly.. empty.. :) Okay people, there isn't much here yet becauuse.. well I haven't done too many rituals yet. Besides, I'm a little bit against giving personal rituals away, but I w�ll tell you about h�w to make a ritual here, and maybe ideas for rituals during the sabats. I'm rather new at this so I'll start now and it will become bigger over the year. Well as for starters, a ritual is mostly a personal thing. The meanings of for example the herbs you use are personal, you can start with the meanings of others but it is better to give them your own meaning. Usually a ritual is begun with a ritual cleansing of yourself, I haven't done this myself but I guess you could in fact just take a bath with special stuff in it. After that you usually cast a circle, this is done in many ways and I w�ll write that down somewhere but not yet. What you do after that is the ritual itself, you could chant something, a spell, burn things, burn candles charged with energie, everything is possible (just don't go sacrificing animals or something. :p) I often burn things, for me that is the best way to let things go, for I don't have much time and because I still live with my parents I can't let a whole candle burn down. Well at the moment I don't really know what else to tell. As soon as I find the time I will put down the ritual I did for ostara (that is the most recent sabat at this time) but for now.. this will be all :). This will not be of such a big help.. but more is still coming so just hang on :). |
