CHILD�S PLAY

Kynight slowed and gently came to a stop. Transforming she yawned as she looked at the Manor. Like Earth�s southern plantation�s, the Manor stood in metallic white with its restored exterior. A steed whined in the field as Raggletag opened the front door smiling. Kynight returned the smile as she moved toward the steps. Taggletag came down off the step and embraced Kynight.

For a few minutes Paix seemed to become still, until, �Monther�s home!�

Kynight backed up as Raggletag moaned, �So much for a quiet night at home with my mate.�

�oh, Raggs they can�t be that bad.� Kynight said as the front door came flying open and three young malebot came charging down the steps.

�Not that bad?� Raggletag whispered as Kynight tucked in their sons; Kytag, Kyslip, and Kywave.

Turning, Kynight frowned, �Well, they look quite innocent while they�re sleeping.�

�Night, we�ve gotta talk. �Ragg;etag said as Kynight nodded and they left their children�s room.

�Hey, machine, you awake?�Kytag asked his brothers as he sat up in bed.

�Yeah, I�m up� �Kyslip said.

�Me too!� Kywave exclaimed.

�Quite,�Kytag whispered, �I got a great idea! Aunt Eolian was working on a new dimensional ship and I want to see it!�

�Alright, let�s go!� Kywave responded as he jumped out of bed.

�But we could get in big trouble. �Kyslip muttered as he watched his brothers move toward the door.

�Oh, come on you chicken-bot!� Kytag exclaimed as he grabbed Kyslip and pulled him out of his bed.

Kywave shook his head as he crept out of the room. Kytag followed behind with a firm hold on Kyslip.

�I know, Raggs, I've placed mor responsibility on Sky, Lark< Density, Flex, Fact, Nex, Quartz, and Rust-up!� Kynight sighed as she sat down next to Raggletag, handing him a glass of energon.

�Night, we Can�t live like this! Our children need their mother as much as I do! Please, can�t we do something?� Raggletag asked as he held Kynight�s hands together.

Kynight looked down, �Maybe Flow and Slee can begin working together to ease my responsibilities. Flow did offer to help, I can count on her�. I think it�s time to make some calls�.

We�ll work it out, Raggs. �Kynight whispered back as he bent his head down and kissed Kynight.

Kyslip, Kywave, and Kytag slowly made their way down the Manor�s main stairway as they heard their mother and father�s voices coming from the den. Quietly, machines. �Kytag whispered as he looked though the den�s open doors.

�No problem, mom and dad are busy.� Kytag giggled as he finished going down the stairs Kywave pushed Kyslip and the two followed Kytag out the front door.

�Raggs!� Kynight yelled as her head flew around.

�What?� Raggletag jumped as Kynight scrambled off the coch. She raced out of the den and up the stairs, with Raggletag asked as they ran into their son�s room.

�I knew it!� Kynight yelled as she stripped their beds.

�Oh Primus!� raggletag said, �Night, how did you know they we�re up to something?�

�Mother�s instinct, and I also did the same stuff when I was their age,� Kynight said as she jumped up and ran out of the room, down the stairs and out the front door.

�Oh, machines, our rear-end assemblies are being put in major danger.� Kyslip whispered as Kytag snuck up the entry ramp to the newest dimensional warp ship to date.

�Stop being such a baby, Kyslip,� Kytag grumbled.

�Yeah, come on,� Kywave said as he pulled Kyslip behind him and up to Kytag.

�Let�s do it!� Kytag said with a gleam in his optic. Turning towards the door, Kytag plugged in and put his mother�s personnal code into the coputer. The door slid open and the 3 malebots entered. The door slid shut as the 3 Kys looked around in surprise.

�Oh, maybe this wasn�t such a good idea, �Tag�� Kywave said nervously as he glanced up at the next door.

�Aw, give me a break, will ya? We ain�t doin� nothing wrong, and I want to see what mom�s been working on with aunt Eolian, so quit complaining!� Kytag yelled as he plugged into the next door and put in Kynight�s personnal code again.

�Wave, I don�t like this,� Kyslip whispered as the door opened and Kytag walked into a halllway.

�By the Matrix!� Raggletag yelled as Sky and Lark took off in search of Kytag, Kyslip, nd Kywave.

�Oh, if I know our children, they�re into total mischief! Elian and the rest of the Sisterhood will be here shortly. Sky and Lark will patrol the skies. I�m sure we�ll find them.� Kynight said as she pace back and fort in the main council room of the Sisterhood.

�When I get my hands on those three�� Raggletag let his sentence drop off as Eolian and Sin came running in with Lis and Mis right behind them.

�Oh, �Night!� Sin cried as she rush up and embraced Kynight.

�Don�t worry, we�ll find them.� Sin said reassuringly to Kynight as she held her close.

Kynight pulled away and said, �Oh I�m not worried about them, I�m worried what they�ll do to Paix!�

�They are definitely not getting away with this!� Raggletag yelled as his fist came down on a table. The table folded in half and crashed to the floor.

�Raggs!� Kynight cried as she rushed up to her mate and grabbed his hand, looking to se if he had hurt himself.

�I�m okay, let�s find those brat-bots�� Raggletag sighed as Eolian suddenly gasped.

�Someone just accessed the new dimensional ship!� Eolian cried out as Kynight looked at Raggletag. Raggletag spun around and took off with Kynight right behind him. Once outside the Sisterhood, both of them transformed and headed for the launch pad where the ship was docked.

Kytag smiled triumphantly as he took in the bridge of the ship.

�Now we�re talking!� Kytag yelled as he ran for what looked like the main control chair.

�Wow!� Kyslip and Kywave said as one. The bridge was in a sphere shape with a huge screen in the middle of it, with two smaller screens on each side of the large screen. All the computer terminals remained uncompleted, except for three of them.

�This has gotta be mom�s chair and the other two gotta be aunt Eolian�s and Glacterra�s chairs,� Kytag explained as he knelt on the control chair.

�Correct.�

�What was that?� Kywave yelled as they all jumped.

�I am �AC�, the animated coputer that maintains the ship�s functions. How can I help you?� the AC asked as a 3-D hologram tried to take shape, unfortunately the hologram was blurred and not recognizable.

�Cool!� Kytag exclaimed, �Come on, machines, let�s play, the ship isn�t completed and we�ll have a blast.

�Okay!� Kywave called out as he sat down in one of the chairs.

�Well, I guess it can�t hurt�.� Kyslip said with a smile as he sat in the other chair.

Transforming, Kynight and Raggletag paused as Eolian dropped out of the sky beside them.

�Now, the battle is going to be in full blast and we have a problem, my brothers!� Kytag yelled as a hologram battle unfolded.

�Yes and we have only one means of escape!� Kyslip screamed as he stood up on his chair and turned to Kytag.

�Damn!� Eolian yelled as she ripped the ship�s plug pad off.

�Whats wrong?� Raggletag asked Eolian begin to twist wires together.

�The door�s jammed and I got�� Eolian began as Kynight rushed up.

�The engines are warm!� Kynight cried as Eolian turned and ran down the ramp.

�What?!� Raggletag yelled as the ship�s engines ignited.

�Oh, Primus, they�re preparing to take off!� Eolian cried as she rushed Kynight and Raggletag off the entrance ramp.

�Engines are ready, Captain� AC responded.

�Good! We have little choice, we must retreat, punch it!� Kytag yelled as his brothers laughed at their game.

�NO!� Kynight screamed as the ship launched itself inot Paix�s space

�Oh, Primuss�..�Raggletag whispered as his grip on Kynight became lacked.

�The AC must be activated. This is all my fault. If anything happens to them, I�ll never forgive myself.� Eolian whispered as she bough her hand to her face plate.

�Those three are going to need new rear-end assemblies when I get through with them!� Kynighe growled as she watched the ship disappear.

�Okay, now let�s plot our course.�Kytag said as his brothers turned to him.

�I know, let�s go to Cybertron!�Kywave called out as he jumped up and down on his chair.

�Yeah, Cybertron!� Kyslip yelled as he began to jump on his chair also.

�Alright, Cybertron is is! AC, let�s plot our course!� Kytag ordered.

�As you order, Captain, � The AC responded as the front screen came on and a star chart appeared.

�I have plotted a course to Cybertron, Captain, is it satisfactory?�AC asked Kytag. Kytag looked at the blurred star chart, then at his brothers.

�I guess�.� Kyslip said as he turned and looked at Kytag.

�Okay, let�s do it!� Kytag ordered as AC put the coordinates in the ship�s navigational computer.

�Awaiting your orders.� AC said

�You dumb computer! I say Let�s do it!� Kytag yelled at the AC.

The AC flashed a frown and then hit its engines and accessed the dimensional grid, The three malebots flew back in their seats as the ship crossed dimensions. Kynight ran up the ramp to her personal ship, the first dimensional warp ship ever built, Remodeled and refurbished. Raggletag followed with Eolian right behind him.

Running to the control room, Kynight flung orders out, �Track your brother ship and plot a course to follow, get your engines ready, fast.�

�As you command, my lady.� The ship responded, as it did as Kynighe orederd.

�Night?� Eolian gasped, Kynights stopped at the door to control room, with Raggletag behind her. Both quickly turned to Eolian.

�The AC doesn�t have the fail-safe system installed yet, it can jump, but only once! It�s not done yet!� Eolian said thunder struck as she remembered the limitation of her newest project.

�Oh, Primus, please guard our children.� Raggletag whispered as Kynight turned and ran for her chair.

�Plug me in, now!� Kynighe orderd as a growing uneasiness invaded her system. The ship respnded and rolled down a thin pod which extended its tip and olugged into Kynight�s core. The arm rest then expelled smaller plugs the Kynight used in her wrists. The chair�s legs folded to hold Kynight legs loosely, and sensors attached to her legs, as did sensors attach to her waist. Raggltag and Eolian also plugged into their station as the ship began its take off.

�My lady, my brother ship is prepared to jump dimensions. I am preparing for pursuit, accessing coordinates from AC. Crossing star charts and dimensional grid. Locking down the grid�AC has jump�.� The ship said quietly.

�No!� Raggletag gasped as Eolian sat straight in shock. Kynight growle as she sat back in her chair.

�I have the coordinates and am ready to jump, my lady.� The ship said into the quiet room.

�Do it.� Kunight ordered as she closed her optics. Maybe she�d wake up and find that this whole thing was a bad dream.

Uunn� Machines, I don�t�t think that we�re on Paix anymore.� Kywave whispered as he looked at the blurred view screen.

�AC� Where are we?� Kytag asked as he gulped.

�We have crosssed dimensions, but I have miscalculated and we are afloat��AC answered.

�WHAT!??� All three yougsters gasped.

�Mom and dad are going to kill us!� Kyslip gasped as he hid his head in his arms and whimpered.

�Stop it! We gotta get home, ou fools!� Kytag yelled as he frowned and stared at the view screen.

�AC, please, tell me how to get home to Paix.� Kytag asked as the hologram appeared.

�I am sorry, but my records were damaged. I cannot return to Paix, but I can land on one of the nearby planets.AC said in a matter-of-fact voice. Kywave turned to Kytag as Kyslip began to cry.

�Are we going to die?� Kywave asked.

�Most likely no, not unless mom or dad get their hands on us� what planets are near us, AC?� Kytag asked calmly.

�I have found planet that seems to have Trnasformers life signs, do you wish to land there?� AC asked as he plotted the course on the view screen.

�Trans..� Kyslip whispered as he looked up and wiped his optics.

�Yes, we do! Take us to the transformer life signs.� Kytag ordered. The AC orederd the ship towards Earth and Metroplex.

�Well?� Raggletag asked as he tried to cross reference the dimensional zone.

� According to information we have, the ship should have appeared by Cybertron, but they�re not here, that I can find. � Eolian said as she stared at the screen.

�The shields are working and we are invisible, but there is a lot of activity on Cyberton.� Raggletag said quietly.

�Something in the AC must have alterd their course� old friend, please begin to bace track and find us a better hiding place for the time being.� Kynight ordered as the ship began to hum in response.

�Ultra Magnus!� turned in surprise as the alarms began to go off.

Springer jumped up yelling,� What ever it is, it�s landing just outside of Metroplex!� Within Earth minute, every Transformer within Metroplex was outside watching a space vessel slide to a stop a few miles away from them.

�Magnus, what the hell is going on!?� Rodimus Pime yelled as he came flying out of Metroplex and skidded to a stop, wathching as the ship tore up the ground as it came to a halt.

"Whoa��Slip,�Wave," Kytag screamed as he picked himself off the floor of the ship.

"I�m okay�.� Kywave said as he dusted himself off.

"Slip!� Kytag yelled as he looked around. Kyslip peeked out over his chair and looked at his brothers.

"I�ve decided to kill you, Kytag, prepare to meet your maker.� Kyslip said as he stood up. Kytag gasped as he grabbed Kytag as her ran towards the door.

"Come bace here!!� Kyslip screamed as he ran after his brothers.

"Let�s check out carefully" Rodimus Prime ordered as he transformed. Ultra Magnus And some other Autobots also transformed as Rodimus revved his engine and began to roll out.

"Rodimus, I�ve contacted Cybertron about the happenings here and they said they have some strange reading up there. Optimus is on his way here now." Blaster radioed to Rodimus as he pulled up the the strange ship.

Transforminmg, Rodimus responded, "Well done, Blaster. Keep an open channedl, Rodimus out."

"Lots of damage." Kup murmered as he looked around at the space ship.

"Yes, but I�m more curious about who is�" Ultra Magnus began as suddenly sreames were heard form within the ship. Every Autobot grabbed their weapons as the door opened and two screaming children appeared.

"Kides�.." Kup whispered as both of them stopped in their tracks.

"Tag, let�s burn rubber!" Kywave yelled as he ran down off the ramp waving his arms wildly and jetted behing Rodimus� legs.

"Uuu�.What�s going on here?" Rodimus asked as Kyslip started to circle him, Kytag circled him the other way.

"Now Slip, I�m sure that we can work something out." Kytag whispered from behing Kup as Kyslip began to growl.

"You� You talked us into fooling around in moms�s ship and then we somehow got the ship to start�Captain and the got us lost�Now you want to talk about it!� Kyslip screamed as he lunged toward Kytag, who was behind Rodimus�s legs. Rodimus quickly grabbed Kyslip as Kytag took off behind Ultra Magnus legs.

"Put me down!!" Kyslip yelled into Rodimus�s face plate. Rodimus glanced to Magnus to se the one called Tag have a death grip on his leg and Magnus looking none too pleased about the whole thing. Magnus glanced up at Rodimus, with a slight frown on his face plate.

"Now lad�" Kup began as Rodimus looked his way to see up this way to Kup with his hand on the other one�s head.

"This is too weird." Hotspot whispered as he turned to the rest of the Protectobots. The Protctobots shared the same expressions of uncertainty.

"Put me down." Kyslip growled, as Blaster radioed in.

"Rodimus, some Decepticon jets were spotted a few miles from Metroplex, what are your orders?" Blaster asked.

"Send the Aerialbots our and beef up security, we�re coming home Rodimus out." Rodimus said as he turned back to Kup.

"The lads are scared and tired, they need rest and refueling." Kup said softly.

"I want my mother and father," Kywave whispered as he took Kup�s hand.

"Can we go home now�" Kytag said as he pulled on Magnus�s leg.

"Let�s take them back to Metroplex first Aid can give them a check up and see if they�re okay." Rodimus said as he brought Kyslip closer to his chest and started to walk towards Metropex. Kup picked up Kywave as Magnus gave a sigh and picked up Kytag.

"Now we�re babe sitters�" Blades muttered as they followed behing their companions.

"Optimus" Arcee called as she noticed a fluctuation in the long sensors once again.

"Yes, Arcee, what is it?" Optimus asked as he walked over to her post.

"I think we�ve got company, but it keeps dissapearing and I cant�s seem to a get a fix on it." Arcee reported as her screen was peaceful again.

"Mmmmm� could it be Decepticons? Optimus asked as he stared at the screen.

"Decepticons, having tht kind of technology?" Raggletag asked a he came up beside his leader. The raggletag of this time and dimension.

"Your�re right," Raggletag said as Bumblebee nodded his head in agreement.

"I don�t like this." Raggletag said as Bumblebee nodded his head in agreement.

"I know, but Rodimus needs us on Earth, so lets try to act like everything is normal, okay?" Optimus responded. The crew of Optimus�s ship nodded and returned to there duties.

"Raggs?" Kynight called as the feeling she had began to intensify itself.

"Yeah, Night," Raggletag answered as he turned around in his seat to look at her.

"Something is not quite right, and I can�t put my circuit on it." Kynight whispered as she looked Raggletag in the optic.

"I know, but I don�t know what it is either." Raggletag responded.

"I do." Eolian said as her head jerked up. Raggletag and Kynight quickly turned to her.

"Energies are crossing dimensions, I think that maybe a double of one of us is in this dimension. If this is so, it means we could destroy this dimension if we meet our other half, or we could fold space or warp time�"Eolian�s voice trailed off at the horrified expressions on her companies face plates.

"Eolian, try to cross reference our schematics with this dimensional grid and find a match." Kynight ordered as she turned to Raggletag. Each one of them began to fear, not for themselves, But for the whole dimension�s welfare.

"Me, Grimlock, see little ones?" Grimlock asked he looked at the tree youngsters sleeping peacefully in a nest.

"Quit, Grimlock," Rodimus ordered as he watched the three Autobots sleep, Kup yawned, he had just spent the last couple of hours telling the youngsters stories.

"Rodimus, Silverbolt reporting in." Blaster relayed.

"Rodimus, the Decepticons have noticed our visitors and have been making fly bys, what are your orders?" Silverbolt asked as he was standing over the crashed ship.

"I can fix that." Kytag said as he gently pulled himself away from his sleeping brothers. AC can put up it�s shields, if I tell him too.

"AC? Shields? Maybe you better, Tag, unless you want a fight over your ship to begin shortly." Rodimus said as he knelt down beside Kytag.

Kytag nodded, AC, Kytag said into his wrist as the Autobots waited.

"Yes, Captain," AC radioed back.

"Will you please put up your shields?" Kytag said as he stared at his wrist.

"My shields are at 73% effiency and I am activating them� To help protect myself, Captain I can move closer to your position inside that structure."

Kytag looked up at Rodimus, Rodimus then nodded his head yes, and radioed to Silverbolt.

"Silverbolt, prepare to move," the ship began to move towards metroplex with jerky movements.

"Hey, Silverbolt?" Skydive yelled as the ship nearly collided with him.

"What?" Silverbolt yelled back as he jumped bace to avoid being hit by the ship.

"Did you hear the one about the Aerialbot being run oveer by the space ship?" Skydive yelled back as Air Raid hit his thrusters and banked to the right. Silverbolt looked at Skydive and moaned just long enough to get tapped by the ship.

"Damn it!" Silverbot yelled as the Aerialbots wathced helplessy as the ship nudged Metroplex.

(Inside)

"What the�" Rodimus began as Metroplex started to transform into his robot mode.

"Metroplex stop," Rodimus ordered as everyone tried to regain their balance.

"Metroplex is under attack," Metroplex reponded as he continued to transform.

"Optimus," Bublebee yelled as he received his last communication.

"What?" Optimus returned as he whipped around in surprise.

"I think Metroplex is under attack! At least that�s what Blaster radioed!" Bumblebee said as he frowned at hes station.

"Under attack? By whom?" Optimus asked as Arcee gave a gasp.

"Optimus, The ship is visible," Arcee yelled as she turned and pointed to the main screen. Optimus�s crew remained fixed on the screen as a large space vessel appeard.

"What kind of markings is that," Raggletag asked as te hsip�s top half passed beneath them with a picture of the dagger of knowledge on it.

"Don�t know it�" Bumblebee began, but let his voice trail off as the ship hit its afgerburners and took off towards Earth with great speed.

"You�re sure, Eolian?" Kynight asked as she ordered the ship towards Earth and AC�s Engine exhaust trail.

"Yes, AC is on Earth and according to our crossing dimensional schematic, the double is Raggletag," Eolian reported with firmness in her voice, Kynight turned to Taggletag, they were not happy about this.

"It�s okay, Night, just bring our children home in one piece." Raggletag said soflty as they shared a look between them. Kynight smiled and nodded her head yes as the ship entered Earth�s atmosphere.

"Decepticon alert!" Echoed throughout Metroplex as the Qutobots fled outside.

"Stupid." Rodimus growled as he made his way out of Metroplex with Kytag in his arms.

"This is not good," Ultra Magnus said as they set foot on Earth�s soil.

Attack Galvatron screaqmed as he let loose a blast from his cannon. Trypticon roared as he advanced on Metroplex. Scourge and the sweeps began to lead a pass on Metroplex as a strange sound invaded the area.

"Oh, Primus�" Eolian whispered as Kynight grabbed her tank.

"Night, we gotta find them," Raggletag exclaimed as he stood up.

"No Raggs, your double, but not one with a transformation chip. The chip changes our schematic somewhat. If Raggs uses it, he wouldn�t have a double," Kynight rushed out as she narrowed the ship�s path toward�s AC.

"Of course! Go for it, Raggs and you can join us!" Eolian said as she gave a little jump,

Raggletag smiled and nodded, bring his arms to his chest and crossing them, Raggletag said, Transformation,with a quick powerful flash Raggletag tapped into his other self, and a large diesel truck, dark blue with silver flame trim and a larger frame, was the finished produce from the transformation process.

"Who dares?!!!" Galvatron screamed as the ship scattered his warriors and became to a stop Above the crashed ship. Everyone watched as the second ship landed on top of the first. Galvatron screamed and took aim at the ships.

"Mom! Dad!" Kytag yelled as he fought through Rodimus to ge down.

Galvatron fired his cannon, the blast hit the shield turning it deep purple, but bounced off the shield back at Galvatron. Galvatron jumped out of the way and let the blast go by him and right at Optimus�s ship.

"Maximium shields!" Raggletag yelled as the crew prepare themselves for the hit.

"No!" Rodimus gasped as within Kynigh�t ship similar thought rushed through the crew.

"Pray this works!" Kynight yelled as she forced her ship to jerk its tractor beams into reverse, pushing Optimus�s ship out of the blast. Optimus�s ship was thrust to the right and out of harms way.

"By the ancient ones," Bumblbee whisphered as he looked at Optimus.

"Let�s land a prepare for battle!" Optimus ordered as he gripped his chair.

"Aaahhh! Attack! Kill!" Galvatron screamed as he dove at the strange ship.

"What a moron! My mom and dad gotta get real mad and kick his afterburners!" Kytag said as he looked up at Rodimus.

"Later kid! We got a battle on our hands, so stay out of trouble!" Rodimus said as he put Kytag down and nodded towards Kup. Kup waved his hand toward himself, Kytag looked at his brothers and then all three of them ran towards their parents ship.

"Come back." Ultra Magnus yelled.

"Kids." Kup murmered as Springer yelled, look out, incoming. The Autobots attention was quickly focused on the battle. Metroplex and Trypticon joined in by having a wrestling contest above the other combatants.

"There they are, Night." Raggletag yelled as he moved towards the entrance. Kynight Quickly unplugged and bluntly said to Eolian, Get to the AC, and fix the damn thing.

Eolian nodded and ran to the rear of the ship, while Kynight followed Raggletag out of the ship.

Galvatron continued to punch the ship�s shield as the three young Kys watched his strange behavior.

"Tag?" Kyslip whispered as he watched Galvatron take another swing at the ship�s shield.

"Yeah?" Kytag asked as he noticed the door beginning to open. Galvatron stopped as the door opened and a large male Transformer appeared with a fembot right behing him.

"Dad! Mom!" all three Ky�s said in unison as they jumped up and down. Raggletag moved in a near run to his sons throuhg the shield as Galvatron barely had time to move.

"Prepare for termination, Autobot!" Galvatron screamed as he raised his cannon at Raggletag. Raggletag became perfectly still as his sons moved behind him.

"Hahahahaha!" Galvatron laughed as he took aim, Die!

"Quite right," Kynight answered as sshe stood behing Galvatron ready to strike.

"Lord Galvatron!" Cyclonus cried as he saw Kynight behind his leader ready to strike a killing blow. Ultra Magnus, who was facing Cyclonus, turned as Cyclonus moved towards his leader.

"No way!" Ultra Magnus yelled as he watched Galvatron turn and Kynight began her swing. Wighout flinching Kynight swung her slicer into Galvatron. Fuel spewed across Kynight�s body as Galvatron fell to the ground. The fighting slowed as the assembled Transformers realized what had occurred near the strange ships.

"By the Matrix�" Kup whispered as Kynight kicked Galvatron�s cannon away. Kynight glanced up, then turned to her family. Raggletag already had the shocked children together as he waited for his mate.

"Is he dead?" Raggletag asked as they locked optics.

"Of course not," Kynight smiled back as she moved away from Galvatron�s still body. Raggletag nodded as he quickly touched the shield with his wrist. The shield opened as Cyclonus gave a battle cry and launced himself at Kynight. Without a pause Kynight grabbed Cyclonus�s arm and using his own weight against him, throwing him into the shield, Cyclonus�s body slumped onto the ground at the foot of the shield as Raggletag sighed.

"Geez, mom! that was cool, do it again," Kytag yelled wide opticed as he stood by his father.

"Do it again�" Kynight said as she lost all patience with her mishievious children Raggletags head whipped aroun as a startled look came over his face plate.

Without a word, Kynight took off after her children. Kytag gave a scream as he made a break for the ship that Kyslip was already on. Kywave moved next to Kup and took hold of his leg. Raggletag simply stared as his mate began to scream that once she got hold of them, they�ll need new rear end assemblies.

"That it not a happy Transformer." Rodimus muttured as Raggletag turned toward them and caught sight of his counterpart. Emotions went wild for a split second as he saw his life much differently then it was right now. Both Raggletags stared at each other feeling totally different things. One felt threatened as the other felt strangely lonely. Without Kynight and her crazy love , his life was so plain. Then without a second thought, Raggletag moved towards his son.

"Freeze!" Red Alert yelled, fearing an attack. The Deceptions had taken this time to grab their leader and flee.

"I only want my sons." Raggletag whispered as suddenly Kywave ran to his father and took a death grip on him. Without hesitation, Raggletag picked him up and held him tight.

"Are you okay,son?" Raggletag asked quietly.

"Yeah." Kywave gave a little gasp as he saw the other Raggletag, "Two da.." Raggletag quickly placed his hand over Kywave�s mouth as Kynight appeared at the ship�s doorway crying soflty.

"Night," Raggletag instantly moved towards his mate as she picked up Kytag, Eolian appeared with Kyslip and they came out of the ship�s shields.

"Oh, Kynight fine, just relieved that the kids are okay," Eolian said as she patted Kyslip�s back softly.

�They�re fine, I�m fine�I just can�t make up my mind if I should hug or spank them.� Kynight cried softly. Optimus chickled as the Autobots relaxed.

�Maybe both.� Rodimus chuckled as he took in the family scene. Raggletag looked at his mate and both of them laughed.

�Oh, I�ll think of a good punishment for them later.� Kynight sighed as the kids let out a moan.

�Yes, but what about your next step? What are your plans? Ultra Magnus asked quietly causing the other to become quiet.

�Plans?� Kynight asked as she blinked and turned to Eolian.

�Well, I need to make a few repairs on AC, but that shouldn�t take me long, maybe an Earth hour or two.� Eolian explained as she wrinkled her face plate in thought.

�I must apologize for our children and any trouble they might have caused.� Raggletag said as he looked at Optimus, then turned to Rodimus.

�No problem, any help you might need, we�ll provide.� Rodimus said as he looked at Raggletag strangely.

�Yes, of course, my name is Optimus Prime and this is my co-commander, Rodimus Prime.� Optimus said as an introduction.

�Hello, I�m �� Raggletag let his voice trail off as he quickly looked at kynight.

�Tag�and you must know our children�s names by now?� Kynight asked Rodimus nodded his head yes.

�My name is Kynight, hence our children�s names; Kytag, Kyslip, and Kywave� This is Eolian, my cousin and creator of the ship that crashed here. Again we must apologize for any trouble our children might have caused.�

�Kids will be kids.� Optimus chuckled as Rodimus bluched slightly.

�Yes, they weren�t bad, quite well behaved in fact.� Kup said with s smile. Kytag turned to say something to Kup, when he saw Raggletag beside him.

�Mom�� Kytag said in a questioning tone as he continies to stare at his father�s double.

�Yes, dear?� Kynight asked as she turned to face her son. The Raggletag who presently called himself Tag coughed. Kynight looked up as Eolian gasped softly.

�Is something wrong?� Optimus asked as their visitors seemingly became uncomfortable.

Kynight paused then smiled, �No not really, it�s just your warrior looks like someone we know. The children are confused about why he would be here.�

�Oh, who do you think he is?� Rodimus asked as he watched Kytag squirm to get down. Kynight turned Kytag upside down and nodded to Raggletag.

�Me? Yeah, okay.� Raggletag said as he crossed his arms in front of himself.

�I want to adopt him!� Kytag screamed as he fought his mother�s grip on hem.

�Adopt me?!� Raggletag exclaimed in shock as a few Autobots chuckled.

�Yeah, mom, can we?� Kywave asked. Kynight, trying to hold Kytag, blinked and glanced up looking bewildered.

�No!� Tag yelled as he put Kywave down and moved towards Kynight and Kytag.

�Thanks to the grid, will you please take him?� Kynight asked as Tag took a hold of his son. Kytag stopped moving about and remained still in his father�s arms.

"Well, you know, Raggletag here could keep those kids in line.� Bumblebee chuckled.

�Oh yeah, me and a bunch of kids. What is the world coming to?� Raggletag sighed with a stunned look on his face plate. The Autobots chuckled at the thought of their Raggletag caring for a bunch of kids.

�Perhaps.� Kynight smiled mischievously at Raggletag. Taggletag looked confused as Optimus and Rodimus burst out laughing.

�Report Soundwave!� Cyclonus ordered as he entered Trypticon�s medical bay.

�Repairs are done, system is waiting to be energized.� Soundwave reported as he stood up from Galvatron�s body.

�Good, we need our leader back now. Re-energize.� Cyclonus ordered. Soundwave went to do Cyclonus� will and bring Galvatron around. Pushing the last button, an electric wave pushed through Galvatron.

�Aaaarrrgghh!� Galvatron screamed as he aimed his galvanic cannon at the nearest transformer, who happened to be Cyclonus.

�My Lord, please!� Cyclonus begged as he pulled back.

�Cyclonus ?� Galvatron said as he realized he was in Trypticon.

�Yes, my Lord?� Cyclonus asked as he straightened up.

�Those accursed Autobots! Prepare to strike, Cyclonus! I want revenge!� Galvatron screamed as he raised his fist into the air.

�Eolian, let�s begin with the engine and work our way out to the bridge.� Kynight said as she turned to Eolian.

�The engine just needs a little fine tuning, it�s the memory in the AC that needs to be re-booted and then what ever else�� Eolian said as she put Kyslip down.

�We will be happy to help you in any way we can.� Rodimus said as he moved closer to the trio. Kynight tilted her head to her Raggletag.

�Thank you, but honestly the best way you can help us is by taking care of any unwanted Decepticons, and if it�s no problem.� Rodimus said as Kytag moved away from his parents.

�They�re usually a lot of trouble.� Kynight warned the Autobots as she caught sight of her children moving towards Metroplex.

�I�m sure we can handle them.� Optimus said reassuringly as he moved up beside Rodimus.

�Well, then, maybe you should go after them.� Kynight said as she watched her children disappear. Optimus and Rodimus looked at Kynight, seeing her mouth tilted to the right and her face plaate lookin somewhat lost.

�Uh, what�� Magnus began as Rodimus gave a cry and started towards Metroplex.

�Freeze! Come back here you three!� Rodimus yelled.

�I tried to warn him.� Kynight sighed as Tag placed his arms around her shoulders.

�If you don�t mind, Ultra Magnus, I�ll stay here and help our visitors.� Raggletag said as Optimus entered Metroples right behind Rodimus.

�Okay, Raggletag�Aerialbots, patrol the skies for any Decepticon activity. The rest of you, repairs and patrols are on the menu.� Ultra Magnus ordered as the Aerialbots took to the skies. Kynight leaned back into her Raggletag as they watched the Autobots depart.

�Well, what about your ship?� Raggletag asked as he turned to the visitors. Eolian sighed and turned to the ships.

�Come then.� Tag said as Kynight took his hand and they began to walk towards their ships.

�Cyclonus!� Galvatron yelled as he came tearing into the repair bay.

�Yes, my Lord?� Cyclonus asked as he turned to his leader.

�I want to attack now!� Galvatron screamed into Cyclonus� face plate.

�My Lord, we are not at full strenghth yet.� Cyclonus reported as Galvatron snarled.

�How soon?!?� Galvatron asked.

�Within an hour�.� Cyclonus said as Galvatron roared with anger at the delay. Without another word, Galvatron stormed out of the repair bay, leaving a sigh of relief behind.

�The engines are checked out, what about the fail-safes?� Kynight asked Tag as she came out of the engines.

�Everything is fine here, �Night, let�s go up to the bridge.� Tag said as Raggletag pulled his back away from the wall and moved towards to two.

�Tell me, Raggletag, are you happy here?� Tag asked, as Kynight gave him a strange look.

�Happy? What kind of question is that?� Raggletag countered.

�Nothing really, just you don�t seem happy with your work.� Tag finished as Kynight gave him an elbow in the side.

�Hey, I don�t know what your problem is, but I�m doing well. I�ve got good friends, fuel in my tank, a roof over my head, and spare parts handy.� Raggletag answered firmly. Tag remained quiet, maybe you had all that but that was all meaningless when it came to what he had beside him. Kynight was quiet as she glanced up to find Tag watching her.

�Raggletag, Eolian is just ahead, will you please tell her we�re going to check the computer connections.� Kynight asked as she quickly turned to Raggletag.

�Sure, Kynight, no problem.� Raggletag said as he moved ahead and continued to the bridge.

�My life could have been his, alone and empty.� Tag said softly as he looked into Kynight�s optics.

"The thought of us not being together scares me, Raggs.� Kynight whispered as she moved towards Raggletag. The two embraced and kissed softly.

Breaking the embrace, Raggletag sighed, as Kynight smiled, �We are very lucky, Raggs, no many beings have what we have�We should remember that more and be grateful.�

�Yes, without each other we are very different machines. May the fates be praised for our happiness.� Raggletag said as a way of thanks and an odd look on his face plate. Kynight nodded and then they continued on ther way to the bridge.

Rodimus stormed into the re-fueling area, startling the Autobots there.

�Has anyone seen three young Autobots around here?� Rodimus Prime demanded to everyone nearby in the repair bay.

�They�re three young Autobots going by the names of Kytag, Kywave, and Kyslip�� Optimus said as the Autobots shook their heads no.

�Damn!� Optimus said as Rodimus returned a damn of his own. Turning, Optimus sighed at the sight of Rodimus.

�I take it you have not found them?� Optimus asked as Rosimus shook his head no.

Meantime, Kytag, Kywave, and Kyslip were enjoying the Dinobot�s playful games outside of Metroplex.

�Cyclonus!� Galvatron screamed once more. The other Decepticons who were close to Cyclonus quickly departed as Galvatron came hurling at him.

�How soon!?!� Galvatron snarled at Cyclonus.

�Ten to twenty Earth minutes, my Lord.� Cyclonus said dead faced as Galvatron seemingly paused then burst out laughing.

�Make it ten Earth minutes!� Galvatron roared at his warriors and stalked out of the room.

�Eolian, how much longer will this take?� Kynight asked as she and Raggletag walked onto the bridge to find the other Raggletag helping Eolian remove a screen from a monitor.

�Well, the damage is greater then I first thought, and the system is being stubborn�� Eolian sighed as she turned to Tag and Kynight.

�Stubborn, Eolian?� Tag asked as Kynight gave them a confused look.

�Guess that means you�ll be staying here longer than you first thought.� Raggletag said as he turned towards Kynight and Raggletag.

�Well, as soon�� Eolian began.

�ALERT! ALERT! Incoming aerial formation! ALERT!" AC screamed into the ship�s bridge causing everyone to jump.

�What the��Eolian said as she frowned at the screens which showed nothing but black static.

Kynight ran to the main control chair and plugged in her wrist plugs, while Eolian ran to a side computer and began to go through circuit boards. Raggletag stared as Kynight�s chair became a plug system, then the head rest folded around Kynight�s head and a vosor slid across her optics. Bands slid around Kynight�s body, with sensor attachment connecting to Kynight.

Tag moved to one of the control stations and plugged in, letting his system merge with the ship. The AC appeared, with a frown on his now clear face. The AC was a long, deep red robed Transformer, with a snobby appearance.

�Really, I would prefer the commander to take charge of my system.� The AC responded in and Earth accent of a fine groomed individual. Raggletag jumped as Eolian growled, and Kynight turned to the AC. �Tag got a side screen to show a picture of the goings on outside.

�AC, I am Kynight! Daughter of Ky, head of the Sisterhood, Lady of the Manor, and you should know better!� Kynight said in a school teacher�s tone as the AC�s frown deepened and the hologram nodded.

�Night, we�ve got the Decepticon army heading our way.� Tag reported as Eolian gave a cry of triumph and the main viewer came on line.

�Fire, my Decepticons! Take no prisoners!� Galvatron screamed as he opened fire.

�Shit!� Rodimus yelled as he and Optimus came running out of Metroplex without their wardens.

�Autobots, defend yourselves!� Optimus ordered as he fired his rifle.

Grimlock turned his head towards Metroplex and the sound of battle. The other Dinobots and three Ky�s also turned as Grimlock said, �Battle, me Grimlock fight in battle.�

�Yeah, me Slag too!� Slag yelled as he started towards the battle.

�I�m following along and see what�s happening, you machines can do what you want to.� Kytag announced as he took off after the Dinobots.

�I need an edge! The Autobots are too strong and my ship is being powered up!� Galvatron sneered.

�The damn AC is putting static between our connection with the ship!� Eolian gasped as she tried to help Kynight and Tag with the ship�s sontrols.

�No? Really? Eolian, maybe you should rip the sucker out?� Tag said as he felt a surge of energy. Eolian�s head whipped around as she gave Tag a frown.

�Oh! Primus, no!� Kynight gasped as the main viewer focused on a young Kytag making his way through the battle zone.

�Oh, machine.� Ragletag whispered as the bridge suddenly went dark.

Galvatron smiled as he caught sight of the youngster he had seen before with the strangers. Without pausing, Galvatron landed behind Kytag and moved up on him.

�Kyslip, maybe we should follow Tag?� Kywave asked as Kyslip gave him a stubborn look with his arms folded in front of himself.

�Never mind, forget I asked.� Kywave said as he placed his elbows on his knees and his head in his hands.

�Hurry! We�ve gotta get to Kytag before Galvatron!� Raggletag yelled as he transformed and sped down the entrance ramp in Kytag�s direction.

�Eolian, go help the Aerialbots in their fire fight.� Kynight ordered as she and Tag transformed and followed Raggletag.

�My dear boy, let me introduce myself�ha ha!� Galvatron said as Kytag turned and was thrown backwards by Galvatron.

�Rodimus, Optimus! Galvatron�s after Kytag, do you read me?� Raggletag radioed to his leaders as he transformed and headed towards Galvatron�s back. Rodimus turned towards Optimus as he heard Raggletag�s message.

�Some babysitters we turned out to be�� Optimus said as he punched Ramjet.

�Let�s move.� Rodimus said as he transformed.

�Well, what�s your hurry, my dear?� Cyclonus asked as he blocked Kynight�s and Tag�s path.

Tag growled and said to Kynight, �Let me handle this, my dear.� Tag in his semi form, split his trailer and fired his lasers from his trailer.

�Thanks, dear.� Kynight said as Cyclonus fell to the ground.

�Let the kid go!� Raggletag ordered as he finished transforming and aimed his weapon at Galvatron. Turning, Galvatron placed Kytag in front of his body, holding him by his neck.

�Don�t try it. Autobot, or the kid gets it.� Galvatron sneered as he aimed his cannon at Raggletag.

�Okay, Galvatron, what do you want?� Raggletag asked as he lowered his weapon. Galvatron smiled.

Optimus and Rodimus just rolled up in time to hear Raggletag�s words when Galvatron smiled and fired his glavanic cannon at hem. Kynight and Tag pulled from the other side, as Galvatron blasted Raggletag.

�No!� Optimus yelled at the same time Rodimus screamed �Raggletag!�

�Ha ha ha!� Galvatron laghed as Kynight sent a silent message to Eolian for her to return.

�Mommy! Daddy!� Kytag cried, he was frightened beyond any previous experience.

Tag moved towards Galvatron saying, �I wouldn�t do that if I were you.� Eolian landed and rushed up to Raggletag�s still form.

�Galvatron, you�ll pay for this!� Rodimus yelled as Optimus went to help Raggletag if he could.

�Ha ha ha ha! Do you really think so, Rodimus? I believe I hold all the cards.� Galvatron said as he tightened his grip on Kytag.

�You better not hurt him or you�ll be sorry.� Tag said as some of the nearby combatants slowed their fighting to see what would happen.

�Ha! Do you think you can stop me?� Galvatron asked as Kynight took a step forward and tag began to send silent orders out.

�I think I can.� Kynight said as she continued and crossed her arms in front of herself.

�You!?! What can you do to stop me?!?� Galvatron laughed.

�Yes, �Transformation.� Kynight said calmly as she transformed into her Decepticon self. The flash that followed caused other combatants to take notice.

�Now you�re in trouble.� Kytag said as his mother started forward.

�That�s�impossible!� Galvatron screamed as Tag finished his orders to their ship.

�Begin beam out�� Tag said as Galvatron looked at him. The ship suddenly hummed and Kytag disappeared from Galvatrons grasp.

�Pay back.� Rodimus said as he fired on Galvatron.

�This is not good.� Kynight said as the area erupted in laser fire.

�Help will be here shortly!� Tag yelled as he grabbed Kynight�s hand and pulled her towards Optimus, Eolian, and the injured Raggletag.

Kneeling, Kynight heard Eolian say, �I need to get him into a security area to make repairs.�

�The only place close enough is your ship.� Optimus said as he looked up at Tag and Kynight.

�Beam them in, if the system is working okay.� Kynight said to Tag.

�Okay, I�ll do my best, but the technology is still new.� Tag said as he talked to their ship.

�My Lord, Galvatron,� Cyclonus muttered as Galvatron tripped over his body.

�We are holding our own for now, but�� Galvatron�s voice trailed off as two foreign battle cruisers appeared in the sky.

�Beaming now�� Tag said as he, Eolian, and Raggletag beamed onto their ship.

�What the�� Optimus said as he looked up to see two battle cruisers appear in the sky.

�Don�t worry, Optimus, it�s my people. They�re here to help�� Kynight said as she touched Optimus� upper arm. Optimus was confused, Kynight was was bearing a Decepticon symbol and transformed into a jet. Kynight just smiled and began to transform, taking to the skies.

�Let�s go, our�� Lis said, �friends need us.� Mis finished. Sky and Lark nodded as Glacterra chuckled to herself.

Cyclonus watched as his leader�s mouth fell open and a stunned look came upon his face plate.

�Decepticons retreat!� Galvatron suddenly yelled as he took to the skies.

�Lucky for us that I know Raggletag�s system as well as I do.� Eolian chuckled as Kytag sat in his father�s lap.

�Young bot, you should listen to your brother more, and you�d stay out of trouble.� Tag began as Raggletag started to regain consciousness. Kytag moaned as he hung his head low.

�The Decepticons have retreated.� Bumblebee said as he turned to Blaster.

�Yes, but we are not alone.� Optimus Prime said as he turned to Kynight and a group of assorted females.

�What the�� Rodimus began as three Decepticons, one Autobot, and two combined symbol females walked towards them.

�I want to thank you for all your help.� Kynight began, then stopped as two voices called out,� Mom!�

Kyslip and Kywave came running into their mother�s arms as Glacterrs chuckled soflty.

�Okay, give me and astor-minute,� Kynight laughed as she put them down and crossed her arms in front of herself and said, �Transformation.�

The stunned Autobots remained quiet as the two youngsters jumped around thir now Autobot mothet. Rodimus turned toward Optimus and Kynight turned her children over to the two female Decepticons.

�Oh, don�t look like that, Lis and Mis will protect them, and Sky and Lark will go with them to get us to our home world. Paix.� Kynight said as the four jets took off with the children.

�How do you feel Raggletag?� Eolian asked as she helped him sit up.

�Good, what happened?� Raggletag asked as he looked around.

�You got blasted!� Kytag yelled as he jumped off his father�s lap.

�Kytag! Behave yourself!� Tag said as he got up, �Raggletag, you�re lucky to be alive. The battle is over and I thank you your help.� Tag held out his hand and Raggletag took it. Touching, the two felt each other�s life pass within them.

�You�re me.� Raggletag gasped as Tag drew away.

�Yes, we are the same and different. My life was changed, while yours remained the same.� Tag said as Eolian held Kytag still.

�I envy your happiness. You were right before, I�m not as happy as I seem to be.� Raggletag admitted.

�Your abilities are something. I hate to say this but I guess we�ll miss you.� Rodimus aid with a smile. Kynight chuckled as did many other Autobots.

�What about Raggletag?� Optimus asked.

�I�m fine, Optimus�� Raggletag said as he came out of the shield with Tag.

�Then you�ll be leaving.� Ultra Magnus commented.

�Yes, I guess so�� Kynight sighed as Raggletag came to her.

�My dear Lady, thank you for a glance into your life.� Raggletag said as he took Kynight�s hand and kissed it. Quickly, Kynight looked at Tag as he returned the look. Kynight�s face plate softened as she turned back to Raggletag.

�May your dreams be fulfilled one day, Raggletag.� Kynight said as she and Glacterra went with Tag to the ship�s entrance.

Glacterra went in as Kynight and Tag turned back, �Farewell, my friends!� Tag called as they waved good-bye. The Autobots returned their farewell as Kynight and Tag went into their ship.

The top ship took off, leaving the crashed one behind. The two battle cruisers positioned themselves and locked on tractor beams, pulling the crashed ship with them. The four ships disappeared from view as Bumblebee turned to Raggletag.

�Raggletag, what the hell was all that about?� Bumblebee asked.

�Nothing, little buddy, nothing.� Raggletag said with a smile on his face plate as he turned and entered Metroplex.

�That was something, wasn�t it? Kytag said as he walked around the bridge.

�Oh, if you think that was something, wait till we get home.� Kynight said as now transformed Raggletag chuckled. Kytag stopped and looked at his mother, before letting out a yell and running.

�Come back here!� Kynight yelled as she took off after Kytag, causing everyone to burst out laughing.
