Wind Rider
Allegiance: Decepticon
Function: Military Strategist
Alternate mode: a cloaked fighter
A favor for a favor.
Appearance: Wind Rider towers above most Transformers, yet remains delicately slender. Her deep, violet optic sensors look condescendingly at those around her, giving her a cold demeanor. A sophisticated beauty, gray-plum body with sharp lines, forsaking the roundedness of most fembots, she fools the optics into thinking her weaker than she truly is. Long, slender fingers provide graceful motion that would intrigue most males save the imperious look that adorns her pale gray faceplate.
Profile: Wind Rider grew up in the Dead End, a small province on the outskirts of Polyhex. Her surroundings gave her ample opportunity to learn the street fighting and thievery needed to survive in the slums. Her creator, Spanner, being a scientist, did little to sway his creation from gaining more energon. After all, science costs energy.
When the Great War started, and energon became hard to come by, Wind Rider, along with her sister Illusionna joined the Decepticons. She was immediately enrolled in the Decepticon Academy, specializing in strategy.
She has a warped sense of honor, but honor nonetheless. She will not use a firearm on an unarmed opponent, and expects others to act likewise. When planning a campaign, however, all honor goes out the window. Shell win a battle using all of the information and techniques at her disposable.
She is sterile and drawn. When she speaks, she intones clearly and intelligently in a deep, commanding voice. She considers herself better than most other Transformers, having come from such humble beginnings to raise to the rank of General.
Abilities: In robot mode, Wind Rider carries an infrared laser hand pistol. Forearm mounted missiles can blast a hole through concrete. She can levitate in the air, enabling her to move about silently. She is usually floating and rarely walks.
In fighter mode, she has the ability to cloak herself. She has a sound wave disrupter, which cancels out the sound of her engine, allowing her to move about almost noiselessly. Four missiles are attached to the undercarriage of her wings, and a gun is mounted on the front.
Weaknesses: In fighter mode, Wind Riders sound disrupter can malfunction. Being used to her ability of stealth, this puts her at a grave disadvantage. When her disrupter is working, she is not completely soundless. The sound of the wind rushing by her, or of her missiles launching, can give away her position.
She is very confident in her abilities, which causes her to occasionally underestimate an opponent.
