Profile: Born into a low position, with few skills to support him, Code took to the streets as did many others at the time. Status on Paix is determined by skill and birth position, so your parents’ position in society adds to your own, as does their skills. Code’s own birth was low in holdings. His parents had little skill in running Paix, and no ambitions, leaving him with little choice.
So at a very early age (As Transformers go), Code left home as cloak and Dagger fighter, a thief, and as rumors put it, a murderer. Fighting his way, by unusual cleverness, Code positioned himself as the dominate figure in purity (slums of Paix). From there he gather a small army of odd balls for his gang. (As in human terms, a junior mob began to form underground.)
During the building of Code’s small empire, he happened to come across Kylord, as both of them tried to obtain a rare gem from one of the ruling houses. Finding themselves in the same room, they decided to join forces and made off with the gem and much, much more.
Code, having low self esteem, was surprised to find out that “Lord”, as he called himself, was actually Kylord, son of Ky and in the line to the title of protector of Paix. Kylord made Code promise never to tell anyone who he really was, and in exchange, he would help Code change the face of Paix. “They could rule together.” As Kylord put it, so Code agreed.
But the two’s plans never included Kynight, Kylord’s sister, and her influence on Code. The moment Code saw Kynight, he fell totally in love with her and turned on Kylord. Kynight given time might have fell in love with Code if the second battle of the Gods didn’t take place. Code came under the influence of Unicron and became obsessed with Kynight and her life. Finally in a fit of madness, Code tried to kill Kynight. If he couldn’t have her, then no one would!
Kynight was surprised by his attack and was injured. Leaving her little choice, she fled, and Code followed her. Finally, Kynight couldn’t go on and tried to hide from Code. Code had collected some of gang, as he was following Kynight, when they came across Glacterra, who was visiting the New Ky city. Code decided to take out some of his anger on her, as Kynight peeped out from her hiding place to see what all the noise was about.
So it was then Glacterra challenged Code to combat, and the two fought. Code was not prepared for Glacterra and her ability to freeze objects below living temperature. So Glacterra had Code at her mercy, and being a bit crazed, she took Code apart piece by piece in front of his gang. The gang members took off in fear, and went to get help.
Kynight took a chance and fled again, thanking Primus for her savior and promising to one day repay her. The law of Paix found Glacterra still removing wires from Code’s remains and took her into custody. Glacterra was sentenced to the K’Long mines for killing Code as there was nothing left of him that could be saved.
This was as Kynight said , “The will of Primus and the beginning of the end of the second battle of the Gods.. May code rest in peace, I pray. For this was not his doing but the chaos bought by Unicron.”
So Code played his part and was honored by being buried as Kynight’s beloved friend and Companion.
Abilities: Code transforms into a Jet ski, which goes above and below the oceans of fuel on Paix. On the surface, Code’s speed is anywhere from 5 to 90 miles an hour. Below the surface, Code is not as fast but quite agile. His fastest speed beneath the fuel oceans is 45 miles an hour. Code can disperse a low electrical charge in the fuel oceans to frighten off any unwanted visitors.
Otherwise, Code has no other weapons expect daggers. (For the time of reentrance and renewal of Paix and it’s rebuilding of it’s society was not yet begun at this time). Code is fairly strong, as he had to be, on a scale of 1 to 10 he is an 8.5.
Weaknesses: Code will not go out during the day if he can help it, he is much more comfortable in the shadows. This had led to a slight optic problems in Code’s vision field. Bright light hurts Code’s optics and forces him to retreat as they leak fluids until they adjust properly.
Otherwise, Code is not too friendly to strangers as he doesn’t want to be hurt by them. Code will fake out his friends to get their trust and use it against them for his own profit. So Code’s friends are not so much his friends but his enemies and as in the saying, “ A wolf in a pretender shell,” they will turn on Code at any time.
The Primus’ Sapphire shield was forged by a priest of Primus for the coming BATTLE of the GODS, which it was nearly destroyed in. The scrap left was saved as it was believe to hold
some of the power of the Gods, as it had protected it’s owner from released power during the battle. Code stole the artifact at Kylord’s bidding. For being faithful, Kylord gave Code a raw
gem they had stolen together. Code was thrilled and took the gem and the remains of the shield reforged with the gem melted into it’s middle. Code now uses the shield with great pride.
Unfortunately, after Code’s death the shield disappeared. Kynight feels that Unicron hid the shield from her within a dimension outside of the fold. Kynight has made a promise to return it to it’s rightful place, Primus’ temple.
