My duties includes being an day and night cook, aide, and dishwasher. I was also
night time supervisor. Prepare proper meals, desserts and supplements for the
residents which includes purees, chopped meals, low sodium, diabetic meals and
low calorie meals. Delivery of food to proper dining rooms. Clean up produces
including dishes and floors, and assorted daily scheduled clean up. Also, furnish
preparation for the following days meals. September 19, 1995 to present. Full-
