| Unicorns Unicorns are the very pretty horse like creatures that have snow white coat and mane. The most important thing that seperates horese and unicorn from each other is the unicorn has a single horn apon its head. Unicorn Body The unicorn's body is like the horses, though the legs and pretty much the whole body is much small and sleeker. The unicorn's hoofs are also different. Instead of having a single toe they have a pronged or split hoof. That in abiles them to run very fast from whatever they are running from. The horn on the unicorns head is placed somewhat between the two ears. The horns are golden in color and can heal poisoned waters just with touching the water with the tip of their horn. The name, Unicorn, means one horned. The unicorns blood is also magical. The blood that runs through their veins is silvery and can make a mortal that drinks it, immortal which means unable to die. Also if the unicorns horn is stolen, like chopped off, the unicorn will have till the next full moon to get it back or it dies. So if the unicorns gets chopped off the night before the full moon the unicorn better get it back FAST! The unicorns tail and mane differs depending on the sex of the unicorn. The male has a longer tail, longer mane, and a small goatee from his "chin". The female has a medium tail, mediun mane, and she also has fur covering most of her pronged hoofs. Unicorn Stages Birth and Child: When the unicorn is born its coat, tail and mane is all pure gold. They do not have horns. They are pretty active and stay around their herd. They are like horse foals. They stay gold for about 2 to 3 years. Adolesence: An adolencent unicorn begins to turn silver and still does not have a horn. Some unicorn adolencents have a silver coat and golden manes and tails because they don't change over night. LIke humans and most animals their hair is dead cells. We have to what for our hair to grow. The unicorns have to wait tell the gold hair falls out and the silver hairs grows in. It is another few years before they get their snow white coat and their horns. Adults: When the unicorn reaches the adult stage they slowly get their whit coat, mane, and tail. Then the get their beautiful horns. The horns can be 1 foot to 2 feet long! The adults also start to get the capability to have magic. Since before they couldn't have magical powers because they were to young to use them. They also didn't have their horn, which is pretty much where they are able to use the magic. |

Another story that dealed with pegasus and Beleraphon is the story of Beleraphon wanting to go to Mount Olympus. So he, on Pegasus's back flew up the very, very tall mountain until, Zeus, King of all gods got wind of it. Zeus did not want Beleraphon, a mere mortal in Mount Olympus.
