| DEPOSITS I require a non-refundable deposit in the form of a Money Order, no checks or cash, to place a "HOLD" on a rabbit. This deposit is half of the price of the rabbit and must be recieved within 5 business days of the time you inform me you intend to purchase. After the 5 days are up and payment hasn't been recieved the rabbit will be sold to the next buyer who has contacted me about the rabbit. All rabbits must be picked up within one week of the deposit unless other arrangements are agreed to by me and final payment is due in cash at the time of pick up. I cannot hold a rabbit indefinitely. If you cannot pick up within a week let me know and I'm sure we can work something out but this MUST be mentioned prior to the pick up date. If rabbits are not picked up on the agreed date without notice I reserve the right to resell to the next buyer. KITS/JUNIORS Deposits on Juniors will be accepted once color and gender and general quality is determined. All Juniors available will be listed on the sales page. I do not guarentee the show quality of rabbits, especially young juniors. A Junior can look beautiful one day and change the next and vice versa. I do try to give my honest opinion of that rabbit at the time of sell but will not guarentee how a rabbit will do in a show. There are too many variables that can make a difference on how a rabbit does in show. NOTIFCATION LIST If you would like to be placed on a no obligation notifcation list send an e-mail to [email protected]m and I will contact you when new litters are born. REFUNDS Deposits will only be returned in the event that a kit dies before it is weaned or if I find that I was incorrect in assessing the gender and the rabbit has been returned to me. Both are very rare circumstances but it is possible. In the event that malocclusion occurs before 4 months of age I will replace the rabbit but I do require the original rabbit returned to me and it is the owner's responsibility to make arrangements for pick up of the replacement. In the event a replacement isn't immediately available then the kit will be replaced as soon as a suitable one is available. After 4 months malocclusion is not due to genetics but to injury so no replacement will be offered. Other situations will be handled as I feel is proper as they arise. PRICES, DISCOUNTS, ETC. Prices will depend on many factors, i.e. mane quality, color/shading, foreleg, topline, finish, width, etc. I do my best to price fairly and accordingly on how the rabbit looks at the time of sell. DELIVERY/SHIPPING I do not deliver rabbits. However if I will be traveling in that direction to a show I do not mind meeting a buyer along that route with the rabbit. In the event that it is not somewhere I am already traveling to I may be willing to drive some of the distance if it works with my schedule and you are willing to pay extra for my gas to and from. I do not ship at this time. GENERAL INFORMATION Please remember this is a relatively new breed of rabbit. Once they molt it is possible that their manes come back thinner, denser, shorter, longer or are gone. It is impossible at this point in the breed to guarentee who will keep their manes into adulthood. It is my suggestion you go to www.lionheadrabbit.net and www.lionhead.us to read about them. There is a small possibility that their fur color can change as they mature. Just be aware that this can happen and I am not responsible if this occurs. Rabbits are sold as the color they present to be at the time of the sale. I reserve the right to cancel any transaction at any time. Deposit refunds will be at my discretion depending on the situation that leads to the cancelation. If you have any questions please e-mail me.
