Pilates At Home
The Pilates Method represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body's postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement.

The Pilates method of body conditioning is designed to stretch, strengthen and tone the entire body and is excellent for people of all ages and levels of physical ability. Low impact mat exercises are utilized to strengthen the body's core muscles (abdominal's, lower back, upper inner and outer thigh and buttocks) and improve overall physical conditioning and mind/body awareness.

The core fundamentals of the Method are based upon a thorough understanding of the anatomy of the human body. The Pilates Teacher uses this information to create a comprehensive exercise programme for each client with the aim of restoring a greater sense of balance.
