I'm putting copies of the bills I paid in the mail to you, along with a
contract. If you could, would you include the $139 for Zeke's back expenses with
the board? I'd appreciate it.
I don't have any photos of Zeke yet, but I'll be taking some soon, now that
I'll be actively marketing him. I will eventually also shoot a video of him, and
will send you a copy. I do have to insist, however, that I receive at least a 10%
commission on any sale where you were the original contact, and the agreed upon
15% where the customer was one of mine. I will be working hard to promote and
show Zeke to people, and I would be quite upset if you brought someone to see him
who eventually bought him, and I ended up receiving no compensation for all my
work up to that point.
You couldn't really say Zeke does Spanish walk yet, but you can accurately
say he's in classical dressage training. And now that I've gotten him feeling
quite good, bone-wise, you can say his movement is "extravagant". <VBG>
Zeke's teeth were probably worse than a year's worth of growth, which just
means he's rough on them. :-) At least now we know he needs them done every six
months, like I do for my guys.

Comment: This is the point at which I started to get quite irritated with Diana. Zeke already had dressage training and extravagant movements - I wanted to know, specifically, what he had learned to date and this is the answer I received. I had decided to market him myself at this point and she still wanted a commission. I was starting to believe at this point that all she really wanted was money or a great horse without paying full price. I also started thinking back over the information I had and realized that there is no way a "Ster" gelding could have passed judging with a club foot.
