It was so hot today that dogs and cats were melting into formless blobs on the streets. Well, almost that hot. So Kylie, her Mommy and Daddy went off to the furthest home center they could think of to bask in the air conditioned glory. Unfortunately, about half the population of the prefecture (like a state, but in Japan) had the same plan, so it was kinda hot anyway. Kylie enjoyed running around, picking up stones, and generally touching valuable and breakable things.
After touching all these wonderful (and expensive) things, we decided to go out for Thai food, since we were near the only Thai restaurant in who knows how many kilometers. Kylie really enjoyed the noodles her mom had, and the rice that I had. And she managed to spill about 128 gal. of water down her front (amazing, since the glass was not that big).
After that, we headed for home, with Kylie peacefully sleeping in her child seat.
