We took a trip back to Kylieland today, to get a closer look. Sure seems nice. If only the deal will go through. Kylie loved the place, running around the paths through the bamboo groves, chasing butterflies, and beheading dandilions right and left.
After coming home, Kylie went to the park and played in the sandbox for a while, when she was attracted to the sound of children's voices coming from the drop in center near our house. When she went to check it out, she found some kindergarten age friends. But Kylie still doesn't quite grasp how to play with others. They would come over and offer to give her a piggyback ride, but she would say "No, no, no..." and when they tried to show her how to use a toy, she jerked it back and screamed at them. But I think with a few more years under her belt, she will be charming the pants off of them. |
