After church, we had a quick lunch, jumped in the car and zoomed off to the Hitachi National Seaside Park. It was really a blast! I didn't think it would be so wonderful, but I was wrong. And I am glad I was! We got to the park, rented some bicycles, and zoomed around the place. It is so big, that you almost need a bicycle to get around it! They have wonderfully laid out trails and dozens of flower gardens. Right now it is daffodill season, so they had about an acre in all kinds of them. Kylie played at "Tamago-no-mori." (Egg forest) She loved it! It had a bunch of domes made of a soft rubber, that the children could slide down and climb into. Kylie couldn't get enough of it.
