Recipe for Peanut Saute
Serves 10
1 tin of coconut milk
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp crushed ginger
1 dsp curry powder
1 cup white wine or half cup of red
half cup sweet chilli sauce
Mix and heat then add 2 large serving spoons of crunchy peanut butter.
Keep stirring until all mixed together.
Add water if too thick.
When mixed into a smooth texture add vegetables of choice and simmer until cooked.
Carrots go well.
