The Spirit and Time Room is one of the best training locations i can ever imagine.
You can train in here for a day,and when you are ready,you're done.
Training 1 days means you have actually trained for one whole year!
There's also some other things to get up with the point...
You can train here in the ast on into the future.Now,if you are a really good
Dragonball Z Fan [Like Me LoL],and if you've seen the Saiyan Saga,then you
probraly have seen Yamcha,Tien,Choa-Su,Krillin etc. Training in the room of Spirit and
Time.They've been figthing up here Vs. Other Saiyan who are much stronger than they were.
These Sprit and Time Room are all on Kami's Lookout.First you have 2 walk a bit till ya
there,it's all beneeth the 'office' Of Kami.LoL.
It's all dark and in the middle there's a ligth.There you just have to stand
and your spirit flies away to figth.
Also Gohan trained here before he became Super Saiyan.It was all gone when the Buu Saga
begins.Buu destroys the world,together with Kami's Lookout,and the
Space and Time room.......
