Ki Detection

Ki detection is a way to sense someone's power. It'S very handy but you can only find human's power and other Races. Races such like Saiyans,Earthlings,Challengers [such like Frieza]. So it means you can't sense the power of the Androids. That includes all the Androids [#16,#17,#18,#19,#20],but also 1 till 15. Also Cell is not reachable by Ki Detection.[He's also made ba Dr. Gero]. Those people who are able to do Ki Deetection can say:That guy is weak, That guy is powerfull etc.It's not the excact powerlevel just like a scouter. They are just doing it campared with there own power... This was allot used in the battle Vs. Frieza.Esescially Goku used it to sens where Frieza was at some moments.It wasn't used in The Android Saga by the Z Figthers because the Z Figthers couldn't locate the Androids.The only guys [or girls] in the Android Saga who used,were the Androids self...
