Dodoria is one of the henchmen/bodyguards of Frieza. The first time we saw Dodoria was in Episode 39,Frieza shows off. Dodoria isen't very strong,his powerlevel is about 20.000/22.000. He has got a pink skin with small horns on it. When he killed some Nameks Gohan was very angry and smashed him. Then he chased Gohan,but on that moment of Chasing,Vegeta shows off. Dodira lost his Scouter by a old Namekian,the second guardian after Guru,I think it was Mori. Then Vegeta killed Dodoria.
