Chioatzu isen't really famous in Dragonball Z. But,it's a brave boy.Chioatzu din't seem 2 care when he jumped on the back of Nappa. Selfdestruct.Even if Nappa wasn't dead,Chioatzu is still a good boy. He trained by King Kai with Piccolo,Yamcha & Tien.Tien is his best friend. Chioatzu is a small boy,but he's not a prince like Vegeta,not a king,but a emprerror. (Don't know how 2 say that,well,he has a bigger than a king,rigth?K)
