Burter

Burter is also a member of tha Ginyu Force.
He is,after Captain Ginyu & Jeice,the strongest member of tha Ginyu Force.
The Ginyu Force seems weard(and they are),because they take very weard posses.
This is just to show there power.In the begin,Burter is the fastest being in the universe.
But Goku comes,and he's much more faster.And Frieza is also much faster.
But,Burter is still fast.Burter's name has a very stupid translation:Butter.
Burter has got a blue skin with some orange on his head.Can't explain it actually.
