The Sound and the Fury
William Faulkner

Overall, an excellent book. Love Faulkner's mixture of symbolism and stream-of-consciousness. (Would like to read more Faulkner.) Did not enjoy Jason's section, but he is unlikeable as a whole. Book was confusing, but I was very satisfied when it all came together.

Toxin
Robin Cook

Captivating plot, but gross. Would read more - not Brain. Definitely fluff - some lines were REALLY corny. Overall, it was decent.

We'll Meet Again
Mary Higgins Clark

GREAT book. Started slow, but once it picked up I couldn't put it down! Can't wait to read more. I love suspense.

The Hobbit
J.R.R. Tolkien

Many people have recommended this to me, and now I know why. I loved fantasy books in elementary school, I don't know why it's taken me so long to pick up another. Would like to know more about hobbits, so I will definitely check out Lord of the Rings!!

The Stranger
Albert Camus

Short and boring. Very glad it was only 113 pages. Too philosophical and had a lame philosophy. Would have liked to read The Plague but I'm not so sure now. Nor for a long while at least. Camus sucks!

The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon
Stephen King

Definitely not as scary as I would have liked, but still a good book. Couldn't put it down - but the end was a REAL (predicatable) disappointment.
