Desire
B'Elanna was standing at a console and was working at some computer calibrations when Captain Janeway
entered Engineering.
"B'Elanna, I want you to have a look at the holo-emitters. They seem to malfunction."
B'Elanna looked up and nodded. A slight smile was playing around her lips. She had never seen Kathryn
Janeway out of her uniform. She was wearing an ancient dress that seemed to belong to one of her
holonovels.
"Surprised to see me off-duty?" Kathryn asked.
"Yes Captain. And I've never seen you without your uniform."
Kathryn smiled and B'Elanna became aware of the second meaning of this sentence. B'Elanna blushed.
Kathryn laid her hand on B'Elanna's arm.
"Thank you for fixing it. I don't know what I'd do without you."
B'Elanna turned around and looked deeply into her eyes. B'Elanna's hand reached out for Kathryn's chin
and she slightly kissed her. Surprised Kathryn drew in air but she didn't move. B'Elanna had expected her
to push her away or slap her in the face but nothing happened. Kathryn's dark blue eyes looked straight
into hers.
"I'm sorry Captain!" B'Elanna said with trembling voice.
"Don't feel sorry."
"You're not angry?"
"No", Kathryn admitted.
B'Elanna stepped towards her again and her lips closed over Kathryn's. They kissed each other slightly then
B'Elanna's hand encircled Kathryn's neck and pulled her towards the wall.
"Kathryn, what do you think about a more comfortable surrounding?" she suddenly said.
"Sounds good."
"Computer, run program Torres 4."
The ancient house of Kathryn's program disappeared and was replaced by a strange looking beach.
"Where are we?" Kathryn asked.
"This is a beach on Kronos, the Klingon homeworld. I went there once to spend my holidays with my
mother and I loved it."
"I can imagine why. It's beautiful."
She looked around. The sun was just rising and strange birds were singing. The waves rolled onto the beach,
creating a relaxing background-noise. B'Elanna sat down and gestured Kathryn to do the same. Both
watched the breaking waves. Suddenly B'Elanna began to take off her uniform and the turtleneck.
"What are you doing?"
"I feel the strong desire to go swimming", B'Elanna said theatrical.
Kathryn began to smile as well and started to take off her boots and her uniform. She stood there only
wearing only her turtleneck and watched B'Elanna running into the sea, totally naked. Kathryn hesitated
before she got rid of her panties but then she tore it apart and ran to the sea as well. The water was
surprisingly warm. She felt something move near her legs and then suddenly B'Elanna surfaced right in
front of her. Kathryn splashed water at B'Elanna and then started to giggle. They ended up laughing and
sitting in the shallow water.
Kathryn disappeared when a big wave broke over them. B'Elanna looked around.
"Kathryn?"
She didn't come up again.
"KATHRYN!"
B'Elanna began to dive and was searching for her when she felt a strong undercurrent pulling her down.
She gasped for air when she finally came back to the surface. She saw a lifeless body drifting on the water
about five meters away from hear. She reached her and dragged her to the shore. She laid her onto the sand.
She didn't breath anymore and B'Elanna began CPR.
B'Elanna's lips closed over Kathryn's and she pressed air into her lungs. It took her about five minutes until
Kathryn began to cough and breathe on her own.
"Are you all right?"
Kathryn nodded.
"Thanks a lot. You'e saved my life! I owe you a favor now."
She sat up an kissed B'Elanna. B'Elanna blushed.
"How do you feel?"
"A little weak but fine."
She remembered now that she and her Captain were still naked. Fascinated B'Elanna looked at Kathryn's
body. Her hand traced the lines of her eyebrows and Kathryn closed her eyes. B'Elanna saw her going all
goosepimply. She kissed Kathryn slightly on the forehead then continued to explore the shapes of her body.
When she reached her nipples Kathryn moaned. B'Elanna bent down and fondled the nipples with her
tongue. Kathryn's fingernails dug deep into B'Elanna's flesh. She felt the growing arousal of her captain.
Her hand reached Kathryn's abdomen and slid between her legs. Kathryn moaned with pleasure as B'Elanna
played with her pubic hair. B'Elanna's head rested on Kathryn's chest. Kathryn licked B'Elanna's ears and
she began to giggle.
"I've never heard you giggle before", Kathryn said softly.
B'Elanna smiled. Kathryn's fingertips began to follow the outlines of B'Elanna's forehead. She raised her
eyes and looked up to her Captain.
"I've always felt lonely on this ship. You've a relationship with Chakotay, Harry and Tom have the
Delaney sisters, only I am single."
Kathryn laid her finger on B'Elanna's lips and gestured her to be silent.
"Don't think about it anymore. It's over. You have me now."
"And Chakotay?"
"Forget about him. He belongs to the past. He's nothing more than my First Officer now."
B'Elanna's fingers ran through Kathryn's hair and then pulled her down. Their tongues explored each
others mouth enjoying the sensation of their closeness.
"Bridge to Torres", the intercom interrupted her.
"Computer, freeze program." B'Elanna said hastily.
"Torres here."
"Sorry to disturb you during your off-hours but could you please come to Engineering?"
"I'll need five minutes. Torres out."
She sighed.
"Sorry, I have to work with the real Kathryn now. Computer, save program."
The surroundings and the Kathryn on the sand disappeared and B'Elanna left the holodeck. Smiling she
walked through the corridors of Voyager. She entered Engineering and found Captain Janeway already
waiting for her.
"Sorry that we've had to interrupt you."
"It's OK. I was nearly finished."
"May I ask you where you've been?" Janeway asked.
"Why so?"
"You look so --- satisfied."
*I hope she'll never find out what I've been doing to her in my holonovel!*
